You pay up front when you book. Remote jobs are PayPal (Goods & Services) only. In-person jobs can be PayPal (Goods & Services) or cash.
Refund policy: Cancel any time before your appointment for a full refund. If the same problem comes back within 14 days, I'll fix it again for free, and if I can't fix it, you'll get your money back.
Travel is free nearby, and +$5 if you're farther out.
I back things up before changing anything important, and if a job looks like it'll go over the price, I'll ask you first.
Every time on the price list is an estimate. Some jobs go quicker, and if one looks like it'll take a lot longer, I'll check with you first.
New here? Take $5 off your first booking of $40 or more. Just mention it when you book.
